During law school, Katrina worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Frank T. Hazel of the Court of Common Pleas in Delaware County, PA and as a Certified Student Intern for the District Attorney’s Office of Delaware County, PA. After graduating from law school, Katrina entered the U.S. Army where she served as a Captain in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps as a Trial Counsel (Prosecutor). After completing her tour with the U.S. Army JAGC, Katrina then served as an Assistant District Attorney with the District Attorney’s Office in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Katrina received a B.S. degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University in 1987 and a J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law in 1990. Her psychology background gives her a unique perspective when evaluating your case. She understands what you are going through and can help guide you through your case with the care, compassion and attention you deserve.
Katrina then worked in private practice for local law firms for 19 years as an associate where she focused her practice on family law, estate planning and probate administration. She was appointed by the Court of Common Pleas of Adams County, PA in 2010 to serve as a Divorce Master in divorce proceedings. Katrina is also frequently appointed by the Court of Common Pleas of Adams County, Pennsylvania to serve as a Guardian Ad Litem in child custody cases and in incapacitation/guardian cases as well as counsel for parents in child dependency cases. She also serves as the Mental Health Review Officer for Adams County, PA. Attorney Luedtke’s 29 years of legal experience has been invaluable in helping her understand her clients’ needs and what options are available when trying to find a resolution.
